Prior to Co-founding the insurance brokerage Omni Risk Management Inc in Seattle WA, Mr Gladych's marine industry experience began as a Captain on large, non-commercial, yachts and expanded into construction and refit management, sales and shipping.
Mr Gladych has extensive, hands on experience in the marine world in both commercial shipping and the pleasure yacht market. His strong business relationships in the London market helps make him an excellent resource for your international insurance needs.
Rick's speciality is "Thinking Outside The Box". He wholeheartedly believes that there is never a problem without a solution and if anyone ever says "No" it is because they are not interested in working toward a solution.
Rick and his wife Lara have three children and live in the Pacific Northwest.

Aside from his business activities John has been active in philanthropy and service. John is a Freeman of the City of London and former Chairman of the Sevenoaks and Area 26 Round Tables.
John has travelled around the world is fluent in German with a passing knowledge of French and Spanish.
Brianna Johnson grew up in a small town situated in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Her love for the water brought her to the Pacific Northwest.
Brianna is a graduate of University of Colorado where she studied International Business and Accounting. After spending time living in France she worked as a bank manager for one of downtown Seattle's busiest banks.
Upon joining the team at Omni Risk Management she obtained her insurance license and was classically trained in the art of broking with John Cahill at Lloyd's of London.
Brianna continues to broaden her knowledge in the insurance industry under the direction of her mentor John Rooke. Ms. Johnson currently holds the position of Sr. Agent and heads up Omni’s Domestic Marine Division.
Jeff Coleman has been engaged in the trading pits of the Chicago Board of Trade for the past 20 years. He has managed positions in both agricultural commodities and financial instruments and their derivatives that exceed $75,000,000,000.00 USD in value and held a single position in Fed Fund Futures of over $1,500,000,000.00 USD in 2007. Jeff is continually approached by financial reporters, such as Rick Santelli of CNBC, as a source for the most up to date information on the Fed Funds marketplace. He has traded on the CBOE, CME,DAX and LiFE markets. Mr. Coleman has been engaged as a broker by the largest financial institutions in the world, such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Bank, ING Barings, Greenwich Futures and Merrill Lynch.
Jeffrey W. Coleman is a Graduate of Vero Beach High School in Vero Beach, Florida, Indian River College in Fort Pierce, Florida and the Chicago School of Finance in Chicago, Illinois. Apart from being an established member of the Chicago Board of trade, Jeff is also an accomplished musician and singer. He is well known on the Chicago music scene and has shared the stage with many of the legends of Blues including Buddy Guy, Savoy Brown, Leon Russell and Buddy Miles as well as many top rock bands such as Foghat, Pat Travers and 38 Special.
Mr. Coleman was born in Mayfield, Kentucky . He lives in the suburbs of Chicago. His adult son, Jeffrey Jr. is a banker in Vero Beach, Florida.
Her initial foray into the business world entailed working in the Securities industry in Seattle and Europe, becoming licensed as a Stock and Commodity Broker. She was then introduced to yachting and never looked back. As an Executive Assistant in a Seattle yacht brokerage firm that imported and built yachts from Taiwan, she learned every aspect of yachting business – from finance, building, design, to sales and marketing.
She acquired her United States Coast Guard Captain’s license, attended Culinary School and chose to go to sea for over 15 years working aboard some of the best known mega yachts in the world as the Interior Manager and prior to that, Chef. She is married to
Captain Ted McCumber, a well known figure in the yachting field, currently in management with Washington Yachting Group in North Vancouver, BC overseeing the “Attessa IV” project.
